From the 130 King Street West office, we run statutory audits and reviews for private companies, TSX-V issuers and cross-border subsidiaries, alongside advisory, fractional CFO and sustainability reporting work.
The Toronto practice is partner-led on every file, with no offshored junior teams. We are typically called by mid-market businesses that have outgrown a sole-practitioner audit but do not need a Big Four logo on the auditor's report, and by TSX-V issuers who need an auditor who already knows section 3061, flow-through share renunciation and going concern at exploration stage.
